I’ve always been obsessed with bringing order to the chaos
Growing up, I was that kid who volunteered to manage group projects, sorted and organized the English department’s book closet (for fun). My friends still joke that I could run a small country with my skills.
My penchant for systems and strategy pushed me into the field of public policy and administration, which I loved at first. But eventually I got burnt out and frustrated by the agonizingly slow pace at which change could be affected in public government.
I started exploring different ways to utilize my love of systems and strategy…and quickly realized that I was going to have to create my own dream job - and thus AHK Business Management was born in late 2019.
I’m the quintessential problem solver and planner
At first I started working with clients to do strategic planning for their businesses. It was fun, rewarding, and I loved coming up with creative sustainable solutions for my clients.
After a while, I began to see my clients struggled to stay accountable to their plans as they prioritized client work over their own business.
Since I had experienced such great results from my own CEO Day, I slowly started introducing the concept to my clients, and pretty soon I found myself talking non-stop about CEO Days. The rest is history!
Now I equip coaches and service providers to integrate CEO Days and CEO systems into their businesses so they can regain time and clarity, elevate the way they work, and move the needle in their businesses.

While I love being cozy at home, I love a good adventure, preferably international. Some of the most beautiful places I’ve visited include Northern Ireland, Scotland, Greece, and South Africa.

Bonus Aunty Life
My bestie has made me aunty to her very adorable toddler offspring. I work a 4 day work week so I can take every Friday to have Aunty Day. It’s the best part of my week.
