As a solopreneur CEO, I know first-hand that I can’t do it all.
Over the years I’ve cultivated relationships and a tech stack that have brought life and energy into my business - and saved me countless hours! I wanted to spotlight some amazing fellow female CEOs and handy tools that I rely on in my own business as a starting point or source of inspiration.

Some fellow female CEOs whose businesses are all about making your life as CEO that much easier.
Ashley is one of my favorite service providers to refer people to! She works to evaluate your business processes, strategically plan and implement improvements to them, AND layer on automation and integrations so you can grow and scale your business.
I call Ashley the Queen of Systems + Automation because her knowledge and services go above and beyond what you could imagine. Even though I consider myself highly knowledgeable when it comes to tech and systems, Ashley is able to integrate and automate things in ways my brain can’t even comprehend - she truly works magic (especially with Zapier)!
I met Ashley in the early days of my business after some polite stalking on Instagram 🤣. Since then, we’ve gone from acquaintances to clients to referral partners to biz besties who collaborate! We’ve been collectively dubbed “The Ashleys” by our clients because of the synergy between our two businesses.

Another Ashlee! Ashlee is a values-aligned brand messaging strategist and consultant. She equips business owners and social entrepreneurs to share their impact and run their business in a way that feels good while taking confident and meaningful action.
Ashlee is a wizard when it comes to distilling all the dreams, thoughts, and vision you have for your business into coherent statements and copy. When it comes to messaging, there’s no one better to partner with. She’s empathetic, dependable, and oh so patient, especially when you start to ramble (speaking from personal experience!).
Ashlee and I have forgotten how we met because we run in the same business circles. We’ve co-hosted workshops, done service swaps with each other, and I was one of her first guests when she launched her podcast! Her messaging expertise has been invaluable to me over the years.

Sara is one of those rare people who is a deep and heart-felt listener, which is what makes her one of the best copywriters. She’s able to listen, reflect, digest, and then craft copy that captures your voice and personality perfectly. Whether she’s supporting a solopreneur like me, or a huge seven-figure business owner, Sara puts the same level of care and commitment into all that she does.
We met via a group coaching program and immediately hit it off with our shared love of all things Bridgerton, literature, and TV shows. I’ve relied on Sara’s guidance and advice on every single one of my launches, and she’s responsible for the majority of my sales page copy.

Laura is the founder and CEO of TulaBooks, a modern bookkeeping business, specializing in monthly bookkeeping and one-day QuickBooks intensives for small business owners.
Laura makes bookkeeping and finances easy to understand and manage. No matter how much of a disorganized mess things are, Laura will roll up her sleeves and dive right into streamlining your bookkeeping processes so you can focus on being the CEO of your business. Her knowledge of QuickBooks is endless, and she’s given me such sound financial planning advice over the years.
Laura and I first connected in a group coaching program, and she was a huge supporter of my business in the early days. Whenever I have a bookkeeping or accounting question, I know with confidence that Laura’s recommendations will serve me and my business well.

The tech stack that keeps my business ticking and running smoothly
Any and all data management happens inside of Airtable, from my Sales Hub to my Connections Hub, from my Lead Tracker to my Content Marketing Management Hub. Airtable has saved me countless hours and dollars in my business, all while keeping me organized and efficient.
Looking for a comprehensive task management tool? ClickUp is one of the best out there. I love all of the native automations and calendar views to manage all of my projects and tasks. I also do my strategic planning and goal setting inside of ClickUp. Paired with Airtable, ClickUp is an indispensable tool inside my business.
Dubsado is my preferred client management system. It’s how I do all of my onboarding and off-boarding, including sending proposals, contracts, and appointment reminders. ThriveCart is the tool I use to sell and deliver my digital products, including all of my templates and courses. ThriveCart’s sales page and payment processing features integrate easily with PayPal and Stripe, and has an easy-to-use course building feature. You can also set up affiliate links for all of your products!
With all of the video-related content I churn out for marketing purposes and my clients, I need dependable and flexible storage. All of my Zoom meetings are automatically added to Vimeo, which makes it so easy to share replay links. I also store all of my course and template videos in Vimeo and can easily embed them where/when I need them.
