After you’ve completed the booking process, you’ll receive your pre work questionnaire, which provides me valuable insight and context into how you work and your business. This will help us jump right into the good stuff on your VIP Day. Pre work takes 60 - 90 minutes to complete.
VIP DAY
The day of (aka let’s PARTY!)
Using the CEO framework (Construct, Elevate, Optimize), we’ll design your custom CEO Day collaboratively. Trust me - the 5 hours will fly by - and you get some time for CEO self-care while I build out your CEO Day systems in Airtable and/or ClickUp.

Submit Support Tickets: Not into Voxer? No problem! As you start holding your CEO Day each week, you might find you have questions or things you want help tweaking to fine-tune your CEO Day. Submit your questions via the support ticket system.
Asset Review + Feedback: Get a second pair of eyes on any assets in your business (ex: sales page copy, PDFs, offers, etc.) by submitting them for review. You’ll get a video with my feedback within 48 hours.

At bare minimum, you must be using Airtable (or open to using Airtable). The free plan is more than enough to get your CEO Day up and running. If you use ClickUp, that’s an added plus!

Short answer: Pending availability and payment schedules, your VIP Day could happen as soon as the next 2-3 weeks.
Longer answer: Once you fill out your application form, I’ll review it asap to confirm we’re a good fit. At that point, I’ll send you a link to schedule a quick 20 minute discovery call.
During the discovery call, I’ll answer any remaining questions you might have, potentially ask a couple of my own 😉, and then we’ll line up my available VIP spots with your calendar to decide on a date. Right after the call you’ll receive your custom proposal and we’re off to the races!

The investment in a VIP Day is $3,000. A 50/50 payment plan is available, with the first installment due at time of booking to finalize booking and secure your preferred service date.
Your investment covers the time I need to prepare for your VIP Day, the VIP Day itself (including coaching + strategy services plus CEO Day system templates), as well as the four weeks of support after the VIP Day - plus some other fun surprises for you along the way!

When you're in the early building stages of your business, a CEO Day is vital to ensure you're taking care of your business systems and infrastructure while also marketing and serving clients.
When you're in the growing/scaling phase of business, a CEO Day is the weekly touchpoint to make sure you're on track, sticking to your predetermined strategies, making adjustments, gathering data, and looking ahead.

The main difference, aside from the investment, is that the CEO Day Course is self-paced, DIY, whereas the VIP Day is done-for/with-you.
If you are a highly self-motivated person and can commit to going through all of the course material, the CEO Day Course could be a good alternative for you. Students inside the course tend to take longer to get their CEO Day up and running because they have to take time to consume the course content and then implement it.
If you are someone who enjoys collaboration and appreciates external accountability, the VIP Day likely is the best option for you. VIP Day clients tend to start saving time and seeing results from their CEO Day much faster because their energy is focused on building the CEO Day habit instead of consuming content/building their CEO Day.
