Daily Trainings

Each morning during the Challenge a new training video will be dripped out. Trainings will be available for a full week after the Challenge to encourage you to take immediate action.

LIVE Q&A + HOT SEATS

On Tuesday (4/9) and Thursday (4/11) join us live on Zoom. Bring your questions about anything related to the Challenge, CEO Days, systems, tools, tech, strategy, project management, launching - you name it!

Can’t make it live? You can pre-submit your questions and we’ll make sure to answer them when we’re live so you can go back and watch the recording.

Co-Working

Join us on Wednesday (4/10) for intentional co-working to build out your referral partner program, set up your referral systems, or implement nurture strategies.

Every training will come with a set of action steps + tasks for you to complete to apply what you’ve learned. You’ll be able to make a copy of all the action steps in either Google Doc or ClickUp.

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • The Challenge ends on Friday, April 12th. You’ll have access to the materials through Sunday, April 21st. This is to encourage you to take prompt action on what you learn during the Challenge.

  • Nope!

    While we both have our favorites and recommendations, the content of the Challenge Trainings are not based on specific tools or software. Some of the additional goodies may be for a particular tool, but we’ll always make that clear to you.

  • We always have a good laugh about this, because we can’t exactly remember. We think it was via Instagram in 2020?

    We’ve both hired each other, so we know that the other person really does know what they’re doing, LOL! But really, at the end of the day, we’re two friends and fellow business owners who respect the other and get along fabulously.

    We can literally talk forever about system tips, strategy, and tools - you should see our text thread!

  • We know there’s a lot of different opinions and methods out there about referral programs. While this Challenge is built around what has worked in our businesses, there are a lot of applicable strategies and tools that you’ll be able to adapt for your business.

    If we’re being honest, the content, tools, systems, and free resources in this Challenge could make up a mini course, not to mention the value of the live sessions.

    Plus, you get the brains and expertise of not one, but TWO system-minded strategists who love to problem solve and take action. We’re here to serve and support you!

  • Obviously, we can’t teach you everything there is to know about referral partner programs in 5x 30-45 minute trainings, but we’re going to give you a comprehensive kickstart with action steps.

    Annnd that’s also where the Live Q&A + Hot Seat Sessions on Tuesday and Thursday and the Co-working session on Wednesday will be super valuable - you can bring your specific questions and/or topics to the table and we’ll dive deep right there on the call.
